Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser; browsers also offer a similar storage called local storage. This policy explains what caliset.com stores in your browser, why, and how you can control it.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

Our visit statistics are our own: they are not sent to Google Analytics or any other analytics service. If you reject statistics, we still count visits anonymously, without an identifier and without being able to recognize you from one day to the next.
If you sign in to the Caliset management platform, it uses the session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
Third-party content
- Map (Contact page): the map is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may store its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google's privacy policy.
- Videos: YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube does not store cookies until you play a video.
- Fonts: some fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. They do not store cookies, but your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.
- Social networks and WhatsApp: they are plain links; nothing is loaded from those services until you click them.
How to manage your choice
- Use the Cookie preferences button at the bottom of the page to accept or reject statistics at any time.
- If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a rejection and don't show the notice.
- You can delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time; the site will then ask you again.
